Holotropic Breathwork is grounded in forty-five years of observations and clinical research by Dr. Stanislav Grof, who along with Abraham Maslow and Anthony Sutich, co-founded the field of transpersonal psychology. Grof has held senior research, therapeutic and teaching positions in Europe and the United States. He is the author of a number of books including The Holotropic Mind, Psychology of the Future, Beyond the Brain, The Adventure of Self Discovery, and The Cosmic Game, as well a significant number of peer reviewed articles.
