Join us for an evening sound journey combining breathwork and the exquisite music of aria award winning singer song writer Kavisha Mazzella. In this 2.5 hour evening workshop we will use the breath supported by live music to open and deepen into the innate healing wisdom of the body.

What will the workshop cover?
Gentle breath sound journey
This workshop is an opportunity to experience a truncated version of our longer breathwork workshops with an amazing sound scape created by Kavisha Mazzella.
The workshop will include:
- An opening circle
- Short introduction to the breath and the philosophy that supports sound healing
- A 1 hour sound and breath journey following a gentle breath practice
- A closing sharing circle
What to bring?
- A loose single bed sheet
- A fitted single bed sheet
- yoga mat or single bed foam mattress
- Pillow
- Blanket / Doona

There is limited parking in Minona street so please be aware that you may have to park in the street or block away from the venue.
