Join us for this Men's Group special series of 4 sessions where we explore themes of connection, relationship, family and shadow.
This is an opportunity to sit in circle with like-minded men for 4 sessions held fortnightly starting November 9th. This will be a group lead process where we open to explore deep and sometimes dis-owned themes via meditation, breath, and deep listening.
This workshop series is initiated and supported by Northside Gestalt.
