Embark on a 2025 journey of deep connection and brotherhood with a community of like-minded men, focusing on authentic relationships and shared growth using breathwork, ceremony and deep listening.
Join a group of like-minded men for 10 monthly sessions starting in February 2025. This is a chance to come together in a group-led process where we'll explore deep and sometimes overlooked themes through meditation, breathwork, and deep listening.
Building on the success of our 2024 group, we’re excited to introduce the Silent Hike as an optional element to the program. In May, we will head into the Victorian High Country (Mt Stirling), opening to silence and nature in community. We ran the Silent Hike for an open group this year and it was equal parts challenging and rewarding.
Throughout the evening sessions, we’ll dive into meaningful topics like anger, grief, death, love, family, mentors, and more. Each session will focus on opening up the body, breath, heart, and mind, creating space for you to truly embody the themes we explore together.

Anthony Olsen
Anthony Olsen is a Melbourne based psychotherapist and Holotropic Breathwork practitioner. He incorporates transpersonal perspectives within a relational model, offering both Holotropic breathwork and Process Oriented psychotherapy as therapeutic tools. Please see his personal website MelbourneProcesswork for more information.
Anthony had his first experience of Holotropic breathwork in 1997, with one of Australia's pioneering Holotropic Breathwork practitioners, the Reverend Alf Foote. Alf Foote was a part of the key month-long workshops at the Esalen community during the 1980's when Stan Grof started to form the set and setting for Holotropic Breathwork.
Anthony worked closely in a therapeutic context with Alf Foote over a number of years exploring the power and potential of Holotropic Breathwork, which eventually lead to starting the Grof Transpersonal Training certification program in 2006. Anthony attended the training certification in 2013.
Anthony is available for one on one breathwork and psychotherapy sessions. Please call 0416 277 063 or visit his website for more information. In addition to his work as an Acupuncturist and Holotropic Breathwork facilitator Anthony also works as a web designer in Melbourne.
