Join us for this 2024 Men's Group special series of 10 monthly sessions where we explore themes of connection, relationship, family, shadow and rites of passage.
This is an opportunity to sit in circle with like-minded men for 10 sessions held monthly starting in Feb 2024. This will be a group lead process where we open to explore deep and sometimes dis-owned themes via meditation, breath, and deep listening.
