We invite you to attend this Holotropic Breathwork retreat / intensive to explore the key elements of Holotropic Breathwork in a 6 day intensive in the heart of Tasmania, Australia.

This module offers an immersive exploration of the philosophy, principles, and strategies underlying the experience and practice of Holotropic Breathwork. It is a live in intensive that gives you the perfect opportunity to explore Holotropic Breathwork in a retreat style setting.

Topics covered include:

  • the power of the Inner Healer and moving towards wholeness;
  • presence: the disciplines required to become an effective Holotropic Breathwork practitioner;
  • COEX’s: how the Inner Healer orchestrates transformation through our experiences of the psyche;
  • exploration of the frontiers of the psyche through Movie Yoga;
  • session stories: valuable teachings from practitioners through their work with breathers;
  • open forums focusing on every facet of the Holotropic experience;
  • dance, meditation, music journeys and nature celebration.

About the week

During the course of the six-day workshop, each participant will experience two sessions of HB as an experiencer, or “breather,” and two sessions as a partner, or “sitter”. Besides the breathwork experiences and the topics covered (described below), there will be art, music, dancing, film, and integration during the workshop.

Please note that this is a required module for all participants who are on the facilitator track and intend on attending certification.

Cancellation

$250.00 of your payment is a non-refundable fee, should you decide for personal reasons not to attend the training, after 1st March 2019. 

All deposits are fully refundable upon cancellation of the training by GTT.
