What will the workshop cover?

Friday Opening Circle

The workshop begins with an opening circle on Friday evening, providing a chance to meet the other participants, hear a brief introduction to the practice of Holotropic Breathwork, and choose a partner for the next day’s breathwork session. The Friday session also offers time for any questions you might have.

Saturday - Two Breathwork Sessions

On Saturday, there will be both a morning and afternoon breathwork session. You will be the breather in one session and the sitter for your partner in the other.

Mandala, Integration, and Sharing

After each session, you'll have the opportunity to begin the integration process by creating a mandala or artwork reflecting your experience. We will close Saturday with a sharing circle, where participants can share insights from their breathwork session.

What to bring?

  • A loose single bed sheet
  • A fitted single bed sheet
  • Pillow

  • Lunch (There are kitchen facilities on site, and we ask that participants stay at the venue during Saturday’s workshop)
