A one day mens group Holotropic Breathwork non-residential one day workshop in January 2026. We invite you to participate in this Saturday workshop in Melbourne on the 17th January 2026.

Price: $295 (Full) / $265 (Concession) (Payment available via After pay in 4 interest free payments )
This is a smaller more intimate format for our breathwork workshops with a maximum of 10 participants.

What will the workshop cover?

Opening Circle

The opening circle is an opportunity to meet the other participants in the workshop, hear a brief introduction to the practice of Holotropic Breathwork as well as the chance to choose a partner for the day's breathwork session.

Two Breathwork sessions

You will also experience a morning and an afternoon breathwork session, where you will participate as a breather in one of the sessions and also sit for your partner in the other session. Each breathwork session for this session will run for 1 hour and a half as opposed to the standard two and a half hours for our other workshops.

Mandala, integration and sharing.

After each session there is the opportunity to start the integration process by creating a mandala / artwork of your experience. We will close the day with a closing sharing circle where participants will have the chance to share the experience of their breathwork session.

Blanket / Doona
Lunch (There are kitchen facilities on site and we ask that participants remain in the venue for the duration of the Saturday workshop)

Parking
There is limited parking in Minona street so please be aware that you may have to park in the street or block away from the venue.

Payment Policy

The cost of the workshop is $295 (Full) / $265 (concession). (Payment available via After pay in 4 interest free payments )
Full payment is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Full payment for the workshop is non-refundable 48 hours prior to the workshop.
A $100 deposit is non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the workshop.
