Introduction to Holotropic Breathwork - Online Information Session (Full)

Aug 31, 2023 / Online Information Session

Please note that this session is full.

In the realm of consciousness exploration and personal transformation, Holotropic Breathwork stands as a profound and transformative practice. Rooted in the pioneering work of Stanislav and Christina Grof, this session will cover the theory, history, and practical aspects of Holotropic Breathwork.

We will explore the profound potential of the psyche's inner healing mechanisms and the nuanced distinction between spiritual emergence and spiritual emergency. Discover the art of Holotropic Breathwork, from the techniques of deep breathing to the crucial role of the sitter and the transformative power of music.

We explore the vast range of experiences that can be encountered in a Holotropic Breathwork session, while also addressing contraindications and potential adverse reactions. Furthermore, we provide insights into the importance of preparation and post-session integration to maximize the benefits of this profound practice.

Please note this session does not include a Holotropic Breathwork session. Holotropic Breathwork can only be done in person and is generally 2.5 hours long in duration. This is an information evening wit a small demonstration of Holotropic Breathwork.
